Mission Statement: Infectious Diseases remain the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in the developing countries. MRTSP has undertaken a project to incorporate prevention of infectious diseases in its training and services programme. This endeavor has been made possible by the research project mrtsp id/rh/fp. mrtsp id/fh/fp has set up laboratory facility for the MR clients through its infrastructure. This project can give moral-boost for other non-governmental organization to take up state-of-the-art projects measures to control infectious diseases in low-resource settings.
